30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AI Outfit Stylist Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with AI Outfit Stylist Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Payments for AI Outfit Stylist are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). To request a refund, please do one of the following:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you paid with, and request a refund directly from Paddle.
  • Or email us at sd.shubh@gmail.com with the email address used for the order, and we will process the refund through Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app or from the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund.

Statutory rights

This refund policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for distance contracts). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
