Who we are

AI Outfit Stylist (the "Service", "we", "us") is an independent service whose operator acts as the data controller for personal data processed through it. You can reach us at sd.shubh@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you sign up we store your email, display name, and optional profile info (city, style preferences). When you use AI Outfit Stylist we store photos you upload of your clothing, outfits you generate or save, trips you plan, and basic usage counters.

How we use it

Your wardrobe photos and profile data are used to generate outfit suggestions for you. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data helps us improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract — to provide the Service you signed up for (account, wardrobe, outfit suggestions, trip planning); (b) legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product using aggregated usage data; (c) legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting and other laws applicable to us and to our payment processor; (d) consent — where you have given it, for example for optional communications.

AI processing

Outfit suggestions are generated by sending your wardrobe metadata and photos to AI model providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. Providers process this data to return a response and do not retain it for training.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only with the categories of recipients needed to run the Service:

  • Hosting and database (Lovable Cloud) — stores your account, wardrobe, outfits and trips.
  • AI model providers (via the Lovable AI Gateway) — process wardrobe data to generate outfit suggestions.
  • Payment processor — Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") — Paddle is our Merchant of Record for all subscription orders. When you subscribe, Paddle receives your name, email, billing address and payment details, and acts as a separate data controller for that transaction data, in order to process payments, handle tax compliance, send invoices, manage subscriptions, and handle refund and chargeback requests.   • Authorities and professional advisers — where required by law, or to defend our legal rights.

Data storage

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted by row-level security so only you can read your wardrobe, outfits, and trips.

Data retention

We keep your account data and wardrobe content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and wardrobe content within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records for longer (for example, billing and tax records kept by Paddle for up to 10 years as required by applicable law). Aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be retained indefinitely.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for stored data and uploaded photos, row-level security so only you can access your wardrobe, access controls for administrative systems, and regular security updates of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for users in the UK/EEA), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can edit your profile and delete items at any time from inside the app. To request a full export or deletion of your account, email sd.shubh@gmail.com; we aim to respond within one month.
